Circumlocution - talking around a subject

He admitted it-- he said he was like that guy who played the bad guy in the second movie, the spy satire, who was just the same actor in a suit that made him appear larger.  And he had an accent too... it was from the British Isles.  Except the two actors had different accents from different isles.  I could give hints; I just couldn't bring myself to say the name.
